In collaboration with top athletes, we developed this Czech Heavy Weight Throwing Cube / bag / sack / sandbag. The bag went through nearly a year of testing and development to achieve the highest possible durability and quality. Prominent Czech athletes played a major part in the development of this product. 

Weights

The Czech Heavy Weight Throwing Cube / bag / sack / sandbag comes with a sand filling which, together with the bag, weighs 30 kg. You can freely adjust the weight of this throwing bag by pouring the sand filling out or topping it up. 

Use

This Czech Heavy Weight Throwing Cube / bag / sack / sandbag is mainly used for a special strongman discipline where it is thrown up to 5 metres high over a bar. However, the Throwing Cube can be used for any strength training, throwing training, conditioning training and other exercises by professional and amateur athletes alike. 

Technical information:

The Czech Heavy Weight Throwing Cube / bag / sack / sandbag consists of an inner bag, which closes in two ways — with Velcro and with a slider zip. The second part is the main bag (body), made of the high-strength material we use for our world-famous Heavy Weight weighted vests and reinforced with a lattice construction of straps. The body of the bag closes from the top with Velcro.

Instructions for use

Always throw the bag onto a softer surface, for example grass, sand, a piece of foam and the like. Avoid throwing it onto sharp surfaces, stones, concrete or other rough surfaces. Also, don't drag the bag along the ground. The bag can take rougher handling, but there's no reason to treat it that way.
