We've  got something NEW for you under the Czech Heavy Weight brand! The HeavyROPE Heavy Weight training rope is a versatile tool for training your whole body anywhere. Thanks to its weight and clever design, you can anchor it almost anywhere — outdoors, at home or in the garage. 

Our endless training rope is braided — that is, it's not a plastic rope — which makes your training far more comfortable. You'll work up a proper sweat during training, and the rope won't slip in your hands the way a plastic rope does. What's more, your workout won't be noisy — it'll be your muscles that ache, not your head.

Training with the HeavyROPE is unlimited in terms of which muscle groups you can target, but also thanks to the whole endless-rope principle, with which your workout never has to end. You can easily change the difficulty of your training and thereby flexibly switch between endurance and strength work. The HeavyROPE training rope is easily fixed in place with carabiners and a heavy-duty strap.
