Strong shot Heavy Weight (resistance rope for shooting practice)
(also known as a training rope, resistance rope or strength rope)

This strong shot Heavy Weight resistance rope/training rope is made by hand in the Czech Republic from European materials, in cooperation with top athletes from every sporting discipline around the world. Thanks to a specific, professional manufacturing method, the strong shot is comfortable to train with. It attaches to the hockey stick with a looped strap and carabiner, which tightens to fit the exact width of any stick. The pack includes the Czech resistance band (resistance rope) needed for training, which attaches to a fixed object with a carabiner and strap. The resistance rope is 1 metre long and stretches up to 2.5 metres.
The basic 1 m rubber exercise rope/expander provides resistance of up to 310 N, which ranges from 10 kg to 31.6 kg! We developed the most suitable rope length for shooting practice with the professional and legendary conditioning coaches, the Sajler brothers, who prepared the Třinec Oceláři players for many years.
There are three options depending on the resistance you want:
- 1) 1x rope for juniors and youth players,
- 2) 2x rope for older youth and men,
- 3) 3x rope for men and strength training.
The pack contains the rope (according to the quantity and variant), a metal buckle and strap for attaching to an object, and a non-slip strap for attaching to the hockey stick.

The resistance rope/training rope that attaches to the hockey stick is suitable for all athletes, sportspeople and non-sportspeople alike. It will change your training beyond recognition. What's more, attaching it to the stick is the best choice, because it precisely imitates real shooting. Coaches try to run shooting practice with some other stick of various dimensions, but that is unnatural and the end effect is not as great.
The strong shot Heavy Weight resistance rope attaches to a fixed object. It is used for both strength and conditioning training, to improve shooting, overall acceleration, strength and stability. Our Czech resistance ropes/training ropes are used by athletes, footballers, hockey players, basketball players and other sportspeople and clubs.
We have refined our Czech Heavy Weight resistance rope/training rope so that training with it is absolutely first-class. That is exactly why professional sports teams and clubs, who have had enough of poor-quality products, buy from us. Comfort during training is very important, and so is product quality. That's why we learned from other manufacturers' mistakes and developed our own resistance rope from scratch!
