Heavy Weight HEAVYSKI SkiErg

Product detailed description

SkiErg – Heavy Weight HEAVYSKI ski trainer

The best Heavy Weight SkiErg (ski trainer) you can buy. Our HEAVYSKI has the ideal weight for comfortable training — it won't budge even during your  fiercest sessions, so you can achieve the results you've been dreaming of. Massive metal parts ensure a long service life and durability. Your workout is tracked on a display showing all the important data. With this ski trainer, every professional athlete and amateur alike can enjoy downhill or cross-country ski training whatever the season. So what is a SkiErg actually good for? You can use it to build strength and fitness, or for high-intensity training.

The HEAVYSKI — which is essentially a ski trainer — provides the load during training by means of air resistance. The load can be adjusted on a resistance scale from 1 to 10. To start training, simply place it anywhere you like in the room and get to work — an advantage over other manufacturers, whose machines have to be drilled into the wall.

Using the Heavy Weight HEAVYSKI ski trainer

The Heavy Weight ski trainer can be used for both strength and conditioning training. By engaging both the upper and lower halves of the body, the fat-burning effect doubles — much like in combat sports training, which is considered the most effective of all. The SkiErg is far better than ordinary exercise bikes, because with proper technique you strengthen not just your arms but your legs too.
