When training on this mat, you can use, for example, exercise balls/medicine balls/slam balls or the ab wheel with bands and other Heavy Weight sports equipment.
Alongside exercise balls, other equipment is used to make full-body training more challenging. You can choose from many Czech weighted vests in various weight options and designs, or Heavy Weight weighted shorts or Czech sandbags and kettlebags or the distinctive Czech Throwing Cube/bag used, for example, by strongmen. Don't forget the smaller weights either, in the form of weights for ankles, wrists or hockey sticks.
When you're putting in a training session, you want to be sure you can always push it to the max – and that's exactly what Heavy Weight lifting straps. are for. They support your grip, and what's more, you can have Heavy Weight lifting straps made with your own print/custom design.
Making training harder with resistance has also become very popular recently. Czech resistance ropes provide it, attaching to the body with a vest or a belt. This equipment is used for athletics and other training by professionals and amateurs alike. Czech resistance ropes improve starts, speed, physical condition and strength. A complement to the resistance ropes are resistance bands/exercise bands/training bands – an essential part of every training session.

And what about adding an inclined surface to your training? Almost every coach and physiotherapist includes one in their clients' training. You can get an inclined surface with the Heavy Weight slant board. And while we're on physiotherapists and coaches who use specific equipment, we should also mention the Heavy Weight foam roller, ideal for recovery, rehabilitation and regeneration after every training session.
For a higher level of rehabilitation and muscle release, there's the TOP GUN Heavy Weight massage gun, which comfortably and conveniently loosens up your whole body.
Where can you put all this training kit when you head out to train? How about the Czech Heavy Weight tactical backpack, which fits everything beautifully and looks really stylish too. Or feel free to pick another backpack or fitness bag, either classic or in your own custom design.
For both strength and conditioning training, working out on a suspension trainer is brilliant – you can work every muscle group in a completely different way from what you're used to. With a suspension training system, your training takes on a whole new dimension. The other option for this kind of training is training with Heavy Weight gymnastic rings, available in two versions:
In the USA, Jirka Procházka runs specific training sessions with the HeavyROPE, training rope, an all-round tool for training in any sport.
Besides the weighted vest, you can use the Heavy Weight dip belt with the gymnastic rings and attach kettlebags filled with vest weights, in various weight options:
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 10 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 20 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 30 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 40 kg

As an ice hockey player – or anyone who likes to have fun while training – you can glide along in your vest on the slide board – in other words, a skating trainer.
CrossFit, workout, calisthenics and any other fitness training wouldn't be complete without SANDBAGS and KETTLEBAGS, which have been used for many years by the army and other forces.
An amazing tool for strengthening the core, the lower body and the upper body – arms, wrists and shoulders – is the Heavy Weight battle rope. Similar to the battle rope are heavy balls known as Heavy Weight medicine balls or exercise balls, available in several weight options at the ideal size. There are also Heavy Weight Bulgarian bags, used by the wrestlers of the Czech national team, among others.
NEW in our range: Heavy Weight weighted shorts – their weights are also fully interchangeable.
So you can also use Heavy Weight wrist weights or Heavy Weight ankle weights.
Just like the resistance rope, the Czech Heavy Weight running resistance parachute provides horizontal resistance as a complement to the vertical load of the vest.
You can supplement your weighted-vest training with resistance in the form of resistance bands:
- Heavy Weight resistance band, resistance up to approx. 7 kg
- Heavy Weight resistance band, resistance up to approx. 13 kg
- Heavy Weight resistance band, resistance up to approx. 22 kg
- Heavy Weight resistance band, resistance up to approx. 29 kg
- Heavy Weight resistance band, resistance up to approx. 45 kg
- Heavy Weight resistance bands, complete set 7 to 45 kg
Besides the long bands/resistance bands, short mini bands/resistance bands are also used.
