Heavy Weight weighted dip belt
(also known as a weight belt)

A third-generation version of the Heavy Weight weighted dip belt for advanced athletes, likewise handmade in the Czech Republic. The training belt is built to be as comfortable as possible thanks to its wide design around the lower back. The lower-back area also features a padded layer that cushions the pressure on your back.
We use a special outer material together with a high-strength strap tested for regular loading. On top of that there is a chain certified for maximum weight along with the best carabiners used by fire brigades. The whole training belt is tested to roughly 250 kg, although this figure reflects the correct loading of each component of the belt. For example, the metal D-ring has this load capacity when used correctly, with the pull directed towards the narrower part rather than the top sides being pulled apart. To rule out user error, we have added an extra metal D-ring on both sides.
As a Czech brand with a passion for sport, we also know that athletes want to train in style. Not like everyone else — they want to stand out from the crowd, both in how they train and in the kit they use. That is why you can also have the Heavy Weight weighted dip belt made with a custom design.

Athletes very often combine training with a weight belt and a weighted vest so as not to put too much strain on the spine and back. Besides, a weight belt is not ideal for every exercise. For classic press-ups, squats, planks, jumps and other exercises, for example, you would use Heavy Weight weighted shorts or the Heavy Weight weighted vest.
Benefits:
- handmade in the Czech Republic
- universal size
- padded layer on the inside
- no sharp edges
- chain with fire-brigade carabiners
- 2 x 2 D-rings on each side

A weight plate or kettlebell is usually hung from a training belt. We, however, recommend hanging an adjustable kettlebag — also known as a training bag — from the belt, available in various weight options:
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 10 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 20 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 30 kg
- adjustable kettlebag (training bag) up to 40 kg
When you're putting in a session, you want to be sure you can always push it to the max — and that's what Heavy Weight lifting straps are for. They support your grip, and you can even have Heavy Weight lifting straps made with your own print/design.
So you can use Heavy Weight wrist weights or Heavy Weight ankle weights.
As a hockey player — or simply someone who likes to have fun while training — you can glide along wearing the vest on the slide board , otherwise known as a skating trainer.
Do you train in comfort? If not, you should — put the soft Heavy Weight exercise mat under you for sit-ups and other exercises.
CrossFit, street workout, calisthenics and any other fitness training simply wouldn't be complete without SANDBAGS and KETTLEBAGS, which the army and other services have been using for many years.
In the USA, Jirka Procházka does specific training with the HeavyROPE training rope, an all-round tool for training in any sport.
When training with resistance bands, you shouldn't neglect recovery. Muscle recovery is part of every training session, and the Heavy Weight foam roller for example will help you with it.
For a higher level of rehabilitation and muscle release, there is the TOP GUN Heavy Weight massage gun, which releases your whole body in real comfort.
Ideally, you'll have both weighted shorts and a weighted vest and combine your training with our other products — the suspension trainer or gymnastic rings in two versions: gymnastic rings with a narrower grip or gymnastic rings with a wider grip. Combine your training with resistance bands or the resistance rope with a vest or the resistance rope with a belt.
Another type of resistance training product is the short MINI band, or mini fitness band, which is used in a slightly different way and so adds to the versatility of resistance-band training.
You can choose from several mini fitness bands/mini bands:
- mini resistance band/exercise band/mini band blue 7–9 kg
- mini resistance band/exercise band/mini band red 11–13 kg
- mini resistance band/exercise band/mini band black 13–18 kg
Another type of fitness band/strength band/exercise band is the long band, used to make an exercise harder, make it easier, or for stretching. These too come in several resistance levels representing different loads.
Long resistance bands:
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance up to 7 kg
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance up to 13 kg
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance up to 22 kg
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance up to 29 kg
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance up to 45 kg
We also have extra-strong Heavy Weight resistance bands/exercise bands/strength bands, most often used for learning harder exercises like the MUSCLE UP, or other classic exercises when you're on the heavier side and your weight holds you back. Thanks to their strength, gyms also use them as a safety catch to stop the barbell falling during squats and prevent injury.
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance 27–68 kg SUPER HEAVY WEIGHT MUSCLE UP
- resistance bands/strength bands/exercise bands resistance 32–80 kg SUPER HEAVY WEIGHT MUSCLE UP
A brilliant accessory for every athlete is our Czech Heavy Weight tactical backpack, which will hold everything you need for:
- training,
- travelling,
- hiking,
- everyday life.
